Above all, I appreciate the enormous effort that you have clearly put into this movie. Oh, and Yoko Kanno--good choice.
Some (hopefully) constructive criticism:
The graphics sort of disagreed with me at times, Particularly in terms of the pre-rendered backgrounds. I think it might have been cooler if you had just done a paint-over in photoshop or painter. I've done some work in bryce, and just doing something to give it a hand-drawn style goes a long way (if you would like a before/after example, e-mail me: max_abernethy@hotmail.com). Also, I think the character might have been better as a flat silhouette. What I really -did- like was the way that everything was broken up into its elements, particularly the scenes where the landscapes flashed smoothly on and off.
